SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Sheri Grant is a forensic analyst for Forensic Data Services, Inc.
She has been working with the company since the inception
January 2009 and prior to Forensic Data Services she was a key
forensic analyst at Berenfeld Spritzer Shechtner and Sheer, LLP
since January 2006. Sheri has experience and is certified in the
areas of computer forensics and data mining. She has provided
assistance to public and private companies and law firms. Mrs.
Grant has worked on a wide range of issues covering items such
as: data integrity issues of corporate investigations; misuse of
corporate resources, and destruction of evidence, employee
malfeasance, and embezzlement. She has also assisted in the
preparation for civil cases to be presented in court.

INVESTIGATIVE EXPERIENCE (Highlighted Cases)
- Investigation of information relating to a land fraud and the
theft of more than $500,000.00 by the managers of a real
estate developer. Method of fraud was detected and funds
were located and returned in less than one week. - Investigation and recovery of data relating to an
entertainment company and potential fraudulent billing
practices. - Investigation of employees who misused corporate
computers to perform illegal activities. The investigation
established that employees were not involved and that
access to the computer systems were obtained after hours
by cleaning personnel. - Investigation of an employee for violation of employment
policies, breach of employment contract, sexual
harassment, and expense account abuse. - Assisted in the recovery of financial information in a viatical
case where all electronic data was thought to be lost. All
financial records were recovered and turned over to the
attorneys for trial.
