SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Mr. Moody is a Partner in charge of the Forensic Technology
practice at Forensic Data Service, Inc. He is certified in the areas
of information systems auditing, technology security and
computer forensics. Mr. Moody has provided assistance to a wide
range of plaintiff and defense attorneys, businesses and
governmental agencies for almost twenty years. He has served
as an expert witness for civil matters in both state and federal
courts and is experienced in cases involving:
Mr. Moody has lectured for the American Bar Association, federal
judges, law firms, CPA firms, and state law enforcement on the
topics of data integrity and controls, information security, HIPAA
and computer forensics. He has authored or co-authored several
articles.
Under Mr. Moody's direction, the Forensic Data Services
Forensic Technology team employs sophisticated software tools
and advanced methodologies to protect data integrity and
maintain the chain of custody for court admissibility. The team is
available for 24 to 48 hour response times to civil or criminal
investigations in the 48 states, and 48 to 72 hour response times
worldwide.
